TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Check-in time is 1400 hrs. Early morning arrivals prior to 1200 hrs will be booked and charged fromthepreviousnight. 2. Check-out time is 12:00 hours. Late checkout from 12:00 hours to 14:00 hours will be subject to availabilityandprior arrangement with the Front Desk. Checkout in-between 14:00 to 16:00 hours will be subject to 50%roomrentcharges. Checkout after 16:00 hours onward 100% of the room rent will charge accordingly. 3. Confirmed reservations must be cancel or amend at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations must beforwardinwriting to our Reservations office during general office hours. 4. All non-guaranteed reservations will be hold on a tentative basis and can be release without prior notice. Roomsareonly guaranteed by a valid credit card, company letter, or advance deposit. 5. Early departure rooms will be charge for the entire duration of stay. 6. Room preferences and special requests are subject to availability upon arrival. 7. In the case of a No-show, same-day room cancellation, or amendments, one-night roomrent will be charge. Non-refundable rates or Advanced Purchase will be charge for the entire stay in case of a No-show, same-dayroomcancellation, or amendments. 8. The USD rates shall be charge in Pakistani Rupee. The exchange rate shall be the State Bank of PakistanInterbankExchange Rate as published on https://www.sbp.org.pk. 9. 100% payment for the entire stay should be deposit at the time of the booking confirmation. A valid National IDcardor Passport is a mandatory requirement for smooth check-in. 10. Third-party credit card payment is not acceptable as per the regulations of the State Bank of Pakistan. Aphysicalcredit card is required while making payment at the hotel. 11. Tour Operator License registration number is mandatory to avail these rates.
